Generation DICE
Instead of worrying about whether Australia is innovative enough, what if we grow Australia's most innovative generation?
What is the problem?
We face an uncertain, globally competitive world. The problem is that Australia needs a generation of children equipped for the opportunities that future presents. This means Australia must grow a generation of DICE (digital, innovative, creative, and entrepreneurial) kids.
The Australian ecosystem system already has organisations and an education curriculum to do this. But that ecosystem must be activated.
How are we going to fix it?
The DICE Kids organization goal is to activate, support and grow the current Australian ecosystem.
We aim to be a national movement whose express purpose is to help seed, germinate and grow a Digital, Innovative, Creative and Entrepreneurial generation, who can propel the nation into an exciting and prosperous future. Essentially, we help find, develop and prepare children for a life of creating, building and sustaining businesses in their adult lives.
During our initiatives, we help children develop:
Confidence
To know that their ideas and skills have the potential to make a difference.
Leadership skills
The ability to lead and the organisation of one self and others.
Passion
A willingness to have a go, and keep trying even after failure.
